Team Rynkeby is a European charity cycling team that cycles to Paris every year to raise money for critically ill children and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Team Rynkeby was founded in 2002, when 11 exercise cyclists associated with the Danish juice producer Rynkeby Foods A\/S decided to cycle to Paris to see the end of the Tour de France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rynkeby Foods was the main sponsor of the trip, but other companies also supported. In fact, the participants on the very first Team Rynkeby team in history were so good at getting sponsorships that there was a profit of SEK 53,900 when the team returned to Denmark a little over a week later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The money was donated by Team Rynkeby to the children’s cancer department at Odense University Hospital and a tradition was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This year, Team Rynkeby is cycling again, and we are proud to present ourselves as a gold sponsor to support the collection for the Children’s Cancer Foundation.\ud83d\udc9b<\/p>\n\n\n\n
